Stretch Therapy
Applications of our Stretch Therapy approach span rehabilitation of specific physical problems, through development of more efficient alignment and movement patterns, all the way to improvement of elite athletic performance.

We use a number of techniques to improve the Range of Movement (ROM) of the body; nerves, fascia and muscles that are used as ‘gateways’ to change the brain.
Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy or Cold Therapy is the use of extreme cold temperatures to help heal the body. While cold therapy has been around for years, whole-body cryotherapy is a recent revelation. So what benefits can people receive from doing cryotherapy?

Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a no-nonsense massage that helps stretch tight muscles, stimulates inactive muscles and improves soft tissue condition.
Sports Massage will help you move your body more freely with more flexibility and in time can improve your posture. As the name suggests it is popular with athletes, as it enhances performance, assists recovery and prevents injury – benefits we can all enjoy!
Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu massage is a barefoot massage technique where the therapist uses their feet to combat deep tension in the client's muscles.

Ashiatsu allows the therapist to apply more pressure than they would otherwise be able to if they only used their hands. This is especially helpful for clients dealing with chronic tension that can't be tamed with a traditional deep-tissue massage.
Game Ready
Game Ready is the leader in injury treatment and post-operative recovery through active compression and cold technology. It differs from conventional cold therapy solutions by offering active pneumatic compression from form-fitting anatomic wraps. The combination of cold and active compression helps reduce swelling, control edema, and increase blood flow and the delivery of oxygen to injured areas —mimicking the body's natural contractions to encourage an enhanced healing process.
Compression Therapy

Our 30-minute compression sessions are powered with NormaTec’s advanced technologies. NormaTec’s pulse dynamic compression rapidly enhances recovery by reducing muscle stiffness, and transporting fluid out the limbs while increasing blood flow.
TheraGun Treatment
TheraGun is a neuro-muscular treatment that uses precise frequency amplitude, and torque to achieve the most effective percussive vibration therapy to your nervous system, helping muscles activate for faster recovery.

This form of deep-tissue massage can work knots and tension out of the muscles while improving blood flow and quickly enhancing range of motion.
Cupping Therapy (add-on)
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.
People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Hot Stone Massage (add-on)
Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The massage therapist places the hot stones on specific points on your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.
Cryofacial (coming soon!)
A Cryofacial is a non-invasive technique that uses gentle pulses of hyper-cooled air to rapidly lower the surface temperature of your skin on both the face and neck. A special probe is used to deliver vapors that cause your skin to tighten. This tightening is called vasoconstriction, which helps dilate capillaries and blood vessels. Fast freezing combined with vasoconstriction leads to collagen production, creating a more youthful appearance on the skin’s surface.
